(hereinafter Asetego), is based, among other current legal regulations, on the approval of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 regarding the protection of personal data of natural persons, hereinafter RGPD, as well as covering the need to regulate the access, use and participation of the medical, scientific and research services developed by our institution, as well as the training opportunities, events and employment offered by Asetego either through the web www.Asetego.es or through of applications in paper format.

The purpose of the processing of personal data that you have provided to Asetego through its different communication channels or obtaining personal data, will depend on the reason why you have provided it to us:

Taking into account the state of the art, the application costs, and the nature, scope, context and purpose described in point 3 of these privacy conditions, as well as the risks of probability and variable gravity for the rights and freedoms of users, Asetego, in compliance with the provisions of 32.1. of the RGPD, has applied appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee an adequate level of security, which in its case includes, among others: measures to guarantee the permanent confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of treatment systems and services, measures to restore the availability and access to personal data quickly in the event of a physical or technical incident and the implementation of a process of regular verification, evaluation and assessment of the effectiveness of technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of the treatment.
Likewise, our website uses information security techniques generally accepted in the industry, such as firewalls.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

How long we retain your data
