Taking into account the state of the art, the application costs, and the nature, scope, context and purpose described in point 3 of these privacy conditions, as well as the risks of probability and variable gravity for the rights and freedoms of users, Asetego, in compliance with the provisions of 32.1. of the RGPD, has applied appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee an adequate level of security, which in its case includes, among others: measures to guarantee the permanent confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of treatment systems and services, measures to restore the availability and access to personal data quickly in the event of a physical or technical incident and the implementation of a process of regular verification, evaluation and assessment of the effectiveness of technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of the treatment.
Likewise, our website uses information security techniques generally accepted in the industry, such as firewalls.
